A 24min. long video that’s not nearly long enough to capture the tricks, the atmosphere and the joys of surfing, featuring Quiksilver’s team of surfers. These guys have one of the best jobs in the world.

Castles in the Sky was filmed in 5 exotic countries (think Peru and India) over 3 years, and looks like it’s as much a open love letter to the sport of surfing as much as it is to travel.
(6) Night Surf at Jaws
Mark Visser, with specially engineered LED lighting built into his buoyancy vest and board, became the first to night surf at Jaws off Maui, mainly on feel, in a surreal 2 am session.
(7) Flaring Up – Surfing with a Flare – Red Bull Minor Threat
As if big wave surfing wasn’t enough, veteran surfer Bruce Irons offers a flair for the dramatic as he rides atop a wave with lit flares attached to his board. Looks like he’s surfing on a lava flow to us.
Business Insider: This surfer is a member of the Red Bull Minor Threat 2011, a team made up of four veteran surfers and four surfing juniors, with the premise that the two different levels of surfing expertise will drive each other towards further greatness in the waves.
