Find all possible triplets a,b,c that appear as adjacent coefficents in the same row of Pascal’s triangle and form an arithmetic sequence.
To build the triangle, start with “1” at the top, then continue placing numbers below it in a triangular pattern.
Each number is just the two numbers above it added together (except for the edges, which are all “1”).
An arithmetic sequence is a sequence where each term is found by adding or subtracting the same value from one term to the next. We call this value “common sum” or “common difference”
For example, 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, …….
As you can see, each term is found by adding 3, a common sum to the previous term.
